At Wild Swim Co., all sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Returns are only accepted in person in North Vancouver and must be arranged in advance.
To request a return appointment, please email us at contact@wildswimco.com with your order number and item details. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
We do not offer exchanges or returns by mail at this time.

Exchanges

As a small, student-run business with limited inventory, we’re not currently able to offer returns or exchanges by mail. Each piece is made in small batches with care, and all sales help support our sustainability-focused production and growth. While all purchases are made through our online store, we do occasionally host local pop-ups and markets in North Vancouver where you can shop in person and try things on.
If you’re local, you can also arrange a free local pickup to save on shipping. Just email us at contact@wildswimco.com before placing your order, and we’ll coordinate a pickup time that works for you.

Our pieces are designed for a snug, supportive fit and tend to run slightly small. If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.
